Filipino Leche Flan - $10
Add Berries for +$2

What is

Filipino Leche Flan?

Leche Flan is the Filipino version of creme caramel. It is a sweet dish traditionally served as dessert at parties, fiestas, and other special occasions.

This classic dessert is made with a layer of caramelized sugar and a custard mixture of egg yolks, evaporated milk, and condensed milk.

The flan is either baked in the oven or steamed on the stove-top in oval tin pans called llaneras. After cooking, it’s refrigerated to chill and completely set.

Although similar to the Spanish flan, it has a richer taste and denser consistency as it uses all egg yolks.

12 Coconut Macaroons - $8

What are

Coconut Macaroons?

Coconut macaroons originate from Italy. Usually cookies that are made from whipped egg whites and folded with grated coconut flakes. Not to be mistaken for French Macaroons.

They are sweet, soft, but with a flaky crunch. Perfect for those coconut lovers. Great to have with your morning coffees or for the little kids' snack times! I'd be having these every night after dinner for your self treat! Try it out and enjoy!

If you are a chocolate lover, melt some chocolate chips at home and please dip them away!
